Serving North Olmsted, OH

The 2025 Mercedes-Benz GLC and the GLE are frequently compared to each other by luxury-minded crossover SUV shoppers. The GLC 300 is a compact model that introduces a few updates for 2025. The GLE 350 is unchanged for 2025. Both of these models have two rows of seating, and there is an option for a third row in the GLE. Our Mercedes-Benz of North Olmsted sales team is eager to help you compare these options in full detail.

Performance

The GLC 300 is the first of the GLC’s four trim levels. It is equipped with a 255-horsepower, turbo 2.0-liter, four-cylinder engine and a nine-speed auto transmission. Rear-wheel drive is standard, or you can upgrade to 4MATIC® all-wheel drive. The GLE has six trim levels; the first option is the GLE 350. This trim is comparably engineered to the GLC 300.

Appearance

The GLC 300 is designed with a tall profile, a raked rear, and a subtly angled hood. From the side view, you can appreciate smooth surfaces with minor definition over the rear haunches, a lip on the lower door panels, and laced wheels. The wide grille and down-turned bumper are styled with a grid-like mesh pattern, and the sharp air inlets have horizontal accent bars. The headlights angle upward and show off solid and segmented LED bars. The GLE 350 stands apart with crisp accents running across the sides, a taller roof, and triangular wheel spokes. The front end makes a statement with body-colored trim outlining the large air vents and bumper. The thick headlights run horizontally, showing off several LED bars and two LED bulbs.

Features

These two Mercedes-Benz models share several features. Both are available with wireless connections for Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto®, a wireless charging pad, synthetic leather upholstery, heated front seats, an MBUX system, a power liftgate, a driver attention warning, an auto parking system, a blind spot detection system, and a forward collision avoidance system. The GLC 300 has an 11.9-inch touch display screen. The GLE 350 has a 12.3-inch infotainment system screen, a digital instrument panel, an integrated navigation system, heated front seats, and a surround-view camera.
