On the morning of April 10, 2026, Rafih Auto Group broke ground on its $60 million campus in Avon, Ohio, which will serve as the home to the new Mercedes-Benz of Cleveland West. The invite-only groundbreaking ceremony took place at 11am at 34455 Chester Road in Avon, Ohio, and was attended by Rafih Auto Group's CEO Terry Rafih, Avon Mayor Bryan K. Jensen, VP of Operations, Rafih Auto Group, Cleveland, Matt Youssef, as well as brand partners, community stakeholders, local officials, and the leadership of Rafih Auto Group and Mercedes-Benz of North Olmsted. Rafih Auto Group to Break Ground on $60 Million Mercedes-Benz Cleveland West and Porsche Cleveland West Campus in Avon, Ohio
Avon, Ohio — April 10, 2026 — Rafih Auto Group will break ground on a new $60 million luxury automotive campus in Avon, Ohio, marking a major expansion for the organization and a significant investment in Northeast Ohio.
The new development—home to Mercedes-Benz Cleveland West and Porsche Cleveland West—will span more than 100,000 square feet, including a 70,000+ square foot Mercedes-Benz facility and a 30,000+ square foot Porsche facility. The project is expected to be completed in November 2027.
Strategically located just off the highway in Avon, the campus is designed to provide greater accessibility and convenience for customers across Cleveland’s west side, while establishing one of the premier luxury automotive destinations in the region.

Both facilities will reflect the latest in brand design and customer experience. The Mercedes-Benz dealership will feature an expansive showroom, upgraded client lounge, enhanced coffee bar, and enclosed service lanes. The Porsche dealership will offer a distinctive two-story design, with a refined showroom, client café, and elevated lounge space.

The new Avon campus will serve as the future home of the current Mercedes-Benz of North Olmsted and Porsche of North Olmsted locations, continuing Rafih Auto Group’s commitment to growth, innovation, and delivering an elevated customer experience.
