Our History
Gerber Collision has been in the community for over 50 years! It began in 1961 in a two-bay shop, and has evolved into the premier facility in our area. Gerber is proud to be family-owned and third-generation. We consider all our staff part of our family, and endeavor to maintain one-on-one service along with innovation and technology.
Our Process
Step 1 – Drop Off We review your repair strategy with you, confirm initial delivery date, and answer any questions you may have. If requested, a rental vehicle is pre-reserved for you. The entire process is quick and easy
Step 2 – Repair Process
Your vehicle is inspected by a Certified Repair Advisor to develop a detailed repair strategy. Parts are ordered and secured, and repairs begin immediately. After Frame and Metal repairs, the vehicle is reviewed at a Quality Control Checkpoint and then passes into the Refinish Department. he vehicle passes through it’s first Quality Control Checkpoint, and then moves into our Refinish Department. Paint materials are mixed and tined to match your exact factory vehicle specifications. The car is Quality Checked, Reassembled, and Washed for you. A Final Quality Inspection assures a smooth Delivery Process.
Step 3 – Delivery
A member of our team assists you with any final questions and provides you with a detailed copy of repairs and a lifetime guarantee on our workmanship. The vehicle is reviewed, and any final paperwork or payment is quickly processed. We return your vehicle to you, full of new life!

- Flat-Bed Pick up & Delivery Service: We offer our clients the convenience of complimentary vehicle pick up and delivery service via our company flatbed. This is especially helpful if you have a rigorous schedule or live or work in a further location.
- Indoor Estimating: Avoid the elements and relax in our heated, indoor estimating area.
- On-Site Rental Vehicles: Pick up your rental car on site or meet with a rental representative who will handle all your rental details.
- Multiple Locations: Three convenient locations, including one dedicated Geico store. In addition to our flat-bed service, this provides full-service convenience.
- Professional Team: Each member of our team is trained, licensed and ready to exceed your expectations in every aspect of your repair.
