Coronavirus Protective Measures

Our team and guests are a valued part of the Rafih Auto Group family. As always, the safety and well-being of our Team Members and our clients remains our top priority. We are continuing to stay up to date on all events that are occurring locally and nationally. Please know that we recognize the important role and responsibility that our Team has across the communities we serve. It is our mission to keep our Team Members safe and healthy, and we will do our very best to ensure our guests have access to the products and services that they have come to expect from us. Our team is working diligently to keep all of our locations, waiting areas, and vehicles clean and in operation. In support of these efforts, we are taking several immediate actions for the benefit of our guests and Team Members.
This will include:
- More frequent cleaning throughout our locations. In particular, our showrooms, restrooms, and our loaner vehicles.
- Stressing to all Team Members and guests the importance of preventative measures outlined by the CDC, specifically, the need for anyone not feeling well to refrain from visiting any of the dealerships.
- Ensuring that our service offerings: Mobile Same-Day Service, Valet pickup and drop off, and in-home test drives and or sales deliveries are available at your convenience.
