What’s New for the 2025 Mercedes-AMG® CLE 53 Cabriolet?

In 2024, Mercedes-Benz consolidated its lineup with the debut of the CLE. The CLE is a combination of the two-door versions of the C-Class and the E-Class. In 2025, the CLE class is offered with three trim levels. These are the CLE 300, the CLE 450, and the Mercedes-AMG® CLE 53. All trims are available with your choice of a coupe or a convertible body style. What can you expect from the Mercedes-AMG® CLE 53 Cabriolet?

The paint color options for the 2025 CLE grow with the introduction of Sun Yellow. Otherwise, the façade holds steady for the 2025 model year. This two-door model is both athletic and refined thanks to its strongly descending, well-defined hood and the precision-defined lines on the sides. The wheels are designed with 15 dual spokes for a high-end look. The nose of the CLE has a captivating quality with a lean bumper that extends effortlessly to the sharp-pointed air inlets. The grille has a single chrome bar running horizontally through the center and a fading, starry mesh pattern.

The Mercedes-AMG® CLE 53 has the most powerful engine of all 2025 CLE trim levels. This is an inline-six, 3.0-liter engine that generates 443 horsepower and 413 pound-feet of torque. This is a mild-hybrid system with both an electric supercharger and a gas-powered component. It comes with a nine-speed automatic transmission, all-wheel drive, an adaptive sport-tuned suspension, performance brakes, and rear-axle steering.

The 2025 CLE now includes the same material for the steering wheel and the seats inside. For the Mercedes-AMG® CLE 53 Cabriolet, this material is a combination of synthetic leather and synthetic suede. Additional features offered in this trim level are a 360-degree camera system, PRESAFE® with PRESAFE® Sound, a blind-spot warning, safe exit assistance, an automated parking system, a wireless device charger, a 12.3-inch digital instrument panel, a 17-speaker premium sound system, wireless smartphone app connections, a fingerprint sensors, an 11.9-inch digital instrument cluster, and more.
